“used”是形收容词，剖明“习惯”的意思，而不是谓语动词，真实的谓语动词为Be动词。

be used to doing /n. 暗示“习惯于”某一客观事实或状态，不强调动作，to是介词，前面接名词或动名词。

He is used to living in the country now.

他现在习惯了住在农村。

used to do

“used”零丁做谓语动词暗示以前时常，为谓语动词——一般以前时态（常态）。

used to do 句型暗示“以前时常做某事”，暗示以前时常一再发生的动作或状态，但现在已经不再做了，后接动词。

I used to play football after school.

以前我时常鄙人学后踢足球。
